Endless Skiing Fun on The Plose

The family orientated Bressanone/Plose ski facility is a mere 15 minute car ride from the Moarhof Residence. With ski-lift departures from nearby S. Andrea, you and your family will reach this splendid high Alpine paradise within minutes. Young skiers will enjoy endless hours of outdoor fun in the “Kinderland” Park, the games park created especially for children and where professional ski instruction is available upon request. Of particular interest and convenience is the auxiliary skiing aide of the magic carpet ride that simulates alpine skiing movements and the presence of a  nursery (charging hourly rates) for children 3 years of age and older.

a Dream Family Location

Thrilling experience for young and not so young is the 10 km “RudiRun”, easily accessed by ski-lift and divided into 2 separate runs, located at the Bressonone /Plose ski facility. Choose to continue on a chair-lift ride to the top or to toboggan back down to the valley after the first 5 km of fun. Or try evening winter fun with nighttime sledding on the “Lahnweisen” 900m run, in the town of Velturn. Other nearby winter sports facilities worth mentioning are:  the Susi Alp, Gardena Valley/S. Cristina and Gitschberg/Jochtal easily accessible with a 30 minute car ride.
